As an American moving to Costa Rica, I was very nervous about finding the right builder for my dream home. My home is now completed, and I couldn’t be happier or give a higher recommendation than Allan, Jose, and the team they have at Parco. I had the unique experience to be part of the building of my home from beginning to end, including working with their architect. Allan and his team not only listened to my vision, but they truly made it come to life. I now have a dream home that is beyond what I even imagined. From a construction standpoint, they stuck to their schedule, they are clean and organized, they explained everything along the way, and they also have a great eye for design which helped when I needed help making decisions. The whole team is friendly, their workers were fun to have on site, and they made the whole process seamless, from beginning to end. Not only does Parco know how to build beautiful homes with extreme attention to detail, but they also go above and beyond to make sure that you are enjoying the experience of home buying/building during the process. I would recommend Parco to anyone looking for a high-quality home with a builder you can trust.
